My First Attempt at Aristocrat's new Buffalo Rush slot machine with 5 free spin bonuses and a Mega Big Win! This is the latest in a long line of Buffalo slot games. This is a 5-reel mechanical title with a bonus wheel up top. As usual, 3 scattered coins trigger free games, and wilds are found on reels 2, 3 and 4. Wilds can multiply 2x/3x during normal spins. The confusing part here is that if wilds multiply, it's indicated above the reels. However, the wilds at the top don't actually count. They just indicate whether the wilds on the reels multiply or not. At the start of the bonus, you spin the wheel at the top (which is waaaay up there). You can win credit prizes, progressives or buffaloes that are added on each spin. Added buffaloes land on top of the reelset. You can win up to 10 buffaloes added per spin. They will land on top of 1 or more reels. They combine with the buffaloes and wilds on the reels. Once you reach 10 buffaloes added per spin, each buffalo you land on the wheel awards 2000 credits x bet level. This slot has potential for sure, but not sure I like all that much, even with the win. The wheel is so high up, I had to zoom in and out on every re-trigger. I also find the way they show the wild multipliers to be confusing. I thought they were extra positions at the top, but they're just indicators for the wilds on the reels. Plus, the added buffaloes in the bonus often times just all stack on reel 1 with no connection. Unlike Buffalo Gold, where if you get all 15 heads, it goes crazy after that, you could get the max of 10 buffaloes added per spin, and it could be useless.
