They make the entire reel wild. It's possible to land all 3 at the same time. Mr. Cashman features are triggered randomly. The five features are: "Random Spin" where he spins one or more reels and all wins are multiplied 3x, 5x or 10x. "Choose a Feature" is a choice between free games with wins multiplied 2x, 3x and 5x or a credit prize. "Random Bonus" is just a credit prize up to 25000 multiplied by bet per line. "Match the Prize" where you try to match 2 stars with free games/credits as possible prizes. Finally there is "Poker Machine" which is actually more like a slot machine with 3 reels.
