The crystal ball is only available if you play the max extra bet (in this case, an extra $1.00/spin). Red balls can award credits or progressives up to the Maxi, while the gold and crystal balls can award up to the Supreme jackpot. Cobra Hearts is a game with wild multipliers of 2x-5x on reels 2, 3 and 4. In theory, they can combine for up to 125x wins, though I've never seen it done.
